Acupuncture is a very balancing treatment and can help relax muscles of the face that are over engaged, tighten muscles that have lost tone, improve the complexion and appearance of the skin, and stimulate collagen and elastin production, which can help to minimize wrinkles. This natural alternative to botox works by promoting the skin’s natural circulation, collagen production and regeneration to reveal more nourished, vibrant, and youthful skin. Facial acupuncture can help lift sagging skin, like jowls and eyelids, and relax wrinkles—especially forehead wrinkles, crow’s-feet, and the nasolabial groove lines around the mouth. Facial acupuncture can be used by anyone looking to: Brighten complexion Reduce acne Minimize large pores Reduce appearance of fine lines and wrinkles Reduce puffiness and facial swelling Improve facial muscle tone Reduced jaw tension Reduces skin sagging Improve skin texture Before beginning treatment, we will review your medical history to make sure you are a good candidate for treatment. We will review your treatment goals and discuss what to expect during facial acupuncture. Your cosmetic treatment consists of a facial massage with nourishing oils, facial cupping and gua sha followed by acupuncture needles placed along your face, neck, and hairline, which will remain in place for 20 to 25 minutes. Please arrive with a bare face (no make up). There is no downtime or recovery needed after receiving facial acupuncture. It is a good idea to stay hydrated, but as soon as you’ve completed your session you will be able to resume your normal activities, including driving and exercising. Mild bruising can occur after treatments, but this is a rare side effect. Weekly treatments for 8-10 weeks are recommended for best results.

Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. If an emergency situation arises, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) We respectfully request notice should you not be able to attend your appointment. Fees may be incurred for no-shows. Late arrivals may not be eligible for their full appointment time.
